Just found out I ranked in the Top 1% of all agents for both Q1 and Q2 this year—and was named #69 out of the Top 250 agents in a market of nearly 20,000 real estate professionals. Still letting that sink in.

When I called my wife to share the news, I came home to balloons, a card, and three excited kidswho were just as pumped as I was. That moment meant everything.

Now that we’ve hit the halfway point of the year, I’m beyond thankful for the trust of my clients, the referrals from those who believe in me, and the grace of God who continues to lead the way.

This milestone is incredible—but I’m not slowing down. There’s still another half of the year to go, and I plan to finish strong. I may be in the Top 1%, but I’ll always work like I’m chasing my very first deal.
