Every once in a while, a sale comes together that reminds me exactly why I chose this career.

This recent sale at 228 Serenity Crest St on Black Mountain in Henderson was a true full circle moment for me. Years ago, I originally listed this property for sale. Later, I had the opportunity to represent the buyer when they purchased it. Fast forward to today, and I was honored to once again represent that same client, this time as the seller.

This marked my third transaction on the same home.
