Big changes are underway in the South Las Vegas Valley!

The former Paradise Spa property near Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue is getting a fresh start. What was once a well-known residential and spa complex is being transformed into a new 275-home community called Paradise Encore, developed by Taylor Morrison.

Located in the Enterprise area of South Las Vegas, the approximately 28-acre development will bring a mix of detached single-family homes and attached townhomes to a growing part of the valley.

What Is Planned for Paradise Encore?

Clark County approved the redevelopment plans in August 2025. The proposed community includes:

• 275 residential homes
• A combination of detached homes and townhomes
• Walking trails and outdoor gathering spaces
• A pickleball court and picnic areas
• Convenient access to Las Vegas Boulevard and surrounding neighborhoods

Earlier projections from the builder anticipated model-home construction beginning in early 2027, with home sales potentially starting during the first half of the year. Construction timelines and availability remain subject to change.

A New Chapter for the Former Paradise Spa

The Paradise Spa property has been part of the South Las Vegas landscape since the 1960s. Originally known for its resort-style atmosphere, the complex eventually experienced years of deterioration before redevelopment plans moved forward.

Now, the property is making way for a new residential neighborhood that could bring fresh housing opportunities and renewed interest to this stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard.

What Could This Mean for Nearby Homeowners and Buyers?

New developments like Paradise Encore can bring additional housing choices to the market while changing the character of surrounding neighborhoods.
